Creating a vision and then transforming that vision into a product that a customer will find irresistible is a discipline that seems to be like art until the steps are understood clearly and followed thoroughly. Product development teams are very adept at understanding and applying technologies and building and shipping products but find the concept of a vision as being very vague and unstructured. The iCMG architects have extensive experience in working closely with clients, helping their teams articulate a vision that takes into account the current products, real customer needs, the competitive marketplace, ensuring sustained differentiation, and product evolution that provides them long-term leadership in the product space.
