|The IT function of a growing financial services firm, Fullerton India Credit Company Limited with over 800 branches across the country required ways to improve the IT project performance. The challenge was to implement a PM methodology to improve the business alignment of the IT projects as well as improve the project through put i.e. numbers of projects completed by the IT managers.
i2m first mapped and analyzed the IT project portfolio consisting of 100+ projects of different sizes across two major domains.

|8||DSTA||The initiative was motivated by the succesful adoption of EA practices in implementing the Logistics Enterprise System (ES); that transformed the logistics operations of the Singapore Armed Forces.|
