Registration Policies
  Payment of fees MUST accompany all registration forms
  Confirmation of registrations will be subject to availability & timely receipt of payment.
  Registrations are transferable within your organization (to a colleague) on request till
     25th Oct '06.  After this date, changes will not be accepted.
   On-site Registration will be on first-come- first serve basis, and will be accepted ONLY if seats        are available.
   All confirmed but unpaid registrations need to pay at the venue.  
  For cancellation, please refer to "Cancellation Policy" section

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply for cancellation of registrations received in writing via fax or email:
  Prior to 30th Sept 2006 - 25% of total registration fee will be levied to cover administration costs

  From 5th Oct 2006 onwards - no refund of monies paid

  Registrations are transferable within your organization (to a colleague) on request till
    25th Oct '06.
Note: The above cancellation policy is also applicable for confirmed but unpaid registrations.
