| How to Register? |
| You can register
for the workshop using one of the following options: |

| Registration Policies |
Payment of fees MUST accompany all registration
forms
Confirmation
of registrations will be subject to availability &
timely receipt of payment.
Registrations are transferable within your
organization (to a colleague) on request till
25th Oct '06. After this
date, changes will not be accepted.
On-site
Registration will be on first-come- first serve basis,
and will be accepted ONLY if seats are available.
All
confirmed but unpaid registrations need to pay at the
venue.

|
The following cancellation fees apply
for cancellation of registrations received in writing
via fax or email:
 Prior
to 30th Sept 2006 - 25% of total registration fee will
be levied to cover administration costs
 From
5th Oct 2006 onwards - no refund of monies paid
Registrations
are transferable within your organization (to a colleague)
on request till
25th Oct '06.
