| Registration Policies |
Payment of fees MUST accompany all registration
forms
Confirmation
of registrations will be subject to availability &
timely receipt of payment.
Registrations are transferable within your
organization (to a colleague) on request till
7th Mar '07. After this
date, changes will not be accepted.
On-site
Registration will be on first-come- first serve basis,
and will be accepted ONLY if seats are available.
All
confirmed but unpaid registrations need to pay at the
venue.

| Cancellation Policy |
|
The following cancellation fees apply
for cancellation of registrations received in writing
via fax or email:
Prior
to 31st Jan 2007 - 10% of total registration fee will
be levied to cover administration costs.
From
1st Feb to 28th Feb 2007 - 20% of total registration
fee will be levied to cover administration costs.
From
1st March 2007 onwards - no refund of monies paid. Registrations
are transferable within your organization (to a colleague)
on request till 7th Mar '07.
The above cancellation policy
is also applicable for confirmed but unpaid registrations.
