Began working in 1974 as Data Centre Operator and Systems Programmer. This evolved to programming solutions across multiple platforms by the early 1980's. Manoj Shrivastava is Vice President - Group IT & Technology at Reliance ADA Group. He heads the Architecture Review Board which works for the strategic and tactical adaptability of IT Architecture to the business goals and vision of the ADA Group - the fastest growing conglomerate of businesses in Telecom, Financial Services, Utilities, Infrastructure, Entertainment and Healthcare.

Jothi Padmanabhan is one of the senior engineers working in the Grid Computing team at Yahoo!. One of his focus areas is Hadoop ( http://hadoop.apache.org/), the open source software for reliable, scalable distributed computing. He has more than 11 years of professional experience, the majority of it in Parallel and Distributed Computing. He has a B.Tech from IIT Madras and a M.S from Mississippi State University.

Prashant Lalchandani is currently working as a Solution Architect in Capgemini and is responsible for the architecture of all internet applications in a key account.

Prashant has13 years of experience in architecting, designing, and implementing software solutions using OOAD, J2EE, SOA, Java/CORBA based distributed computing architecture, and CRM implementations using Siebel and Clarify. Aarti Anawalikar is currently working as a Solution Architect at Capgemini and is responsible for the architecting front end and middle ware servicing components within the credit card domain.

Aarti has extensive experience in managing a global product line development, governance and deployment processes for credit card servicing products. Aarti has overall 12 years of industry experience with over 9 years in architecting, designing, and implementing solutions using OOAD, SOA on the Java/J2EE/ platform.

Srihari Boregowda - Chief Architect-Re Use, ICMG, has experience spanning over sixteen years in the industry. Srihari is associated with iCMG since 2003 & has been involved in Component reuse & architecture initiatives & he has produced several white papers.

He has had various positions as a consultant with Hewlett Packard and Motorola, managing for critical and key IT programs. He has toured extensively, participated in many Exhibitions and seminars of National and International repute. As an entrepreneur he has continually motivated, entored people into challenging roles. Srihari holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from B.M.S. College of Engineering, and a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, University Vishveshwaraiah College of Engineering, from Bangalore University. His hobbies are Photography and Instrumental Music.

Shirish Patwardhan leads CREST (Center for Research in Engineering Sciences andTechnology) activities for manufacturing, BI, DFS, and GBS. And is the CTO – Business IT.

His first job was with Tata Consultancy Services. He later co-founded KPIT in the year 1991. He worked with Oracle and Sun in the Silicon Valley. He then worked with SAP America to develop and port SAP R3 kernel on Sun/Solaris platform. He came back to India and was the product manager for KPIT's own SCADA product, continued to lead KPIT's strategic projects like Lombard, Natwest Greece, and Capital One etc.

Shirish is an executive director and a member of board at KPIT Cummins. He is a B.Tech Electrical Engineering, from IIT Mumbai, continued to receive M.Tech from the same in Control Engineering. His personal interests include technology, architecture, music, origami and trekking.

He joined Zensar Technologies Ltd. (erstwhile ICIL and ICIM) in April 1985 and over last 23 years has handled multiple responsibilities starting with R&D engineer, 'Product Operations' management, on-site consulting assignment, account management for a utility major in Europe, Software services delivery management to current responsibility as CTO. Sanjay also manages software services delivery of one of the largest SBU overseeing dedicated offshore centres for Zensar's global customers.

Sanjay started his career as Scientific Officer in Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, one of the India's premier research institutes, where he was part of team that worked on a project of national importance for Indian Air Forces.

Mr.Meghadri Ghosh is experienced in setting up development teams and facilities from scratch, and mentoring the teams whose primary development was in web services using Java, as well as some recent fresh development activities using Java 1.5

.Formerly Mr.Meghadri Ghosh served as an Independent Consultant for Various Clients nationally wherein his role was to identify feasible solutions to strategic development and product release processes as identified by senior technical management of client's .He also Designed and Developed new features of existing enterprise software using Java along with financial system with high performance and soft real time characteristics. Mr.Ghosh was also a Senior Engineer and Architect at Ask me Software Pvt.Ltd, Pune where he headed a team of 18 developers and also successfully established a new development centre for the Company.

Mr.Meghadri was also a Principal System Software Developer at the Distributed Computing Group, Stanford University, and Stanford, CA where he designed and implemented a solution to administer unmanaged systems whose primary purpose was to help mitigate the risks and impact of fast moving internet based attacks. He was also a Member of the team that designed v3 of the Kerberos based web authentication protocol in use at Stanford.

Manoj brings over 17 years of IT experience in building enterprise solutions for the financial industry. For more than a decade, Manoj has worked in creatinginnovativesolutions for the financial industry in Business ProcessManagement, Customer Relationship and Sales management. These innovations have led his organization to create new product lines and allow multi-channel integration for customers in the Banking industry. He has led many integration initiatives which involved internet banking, branch automation, core system integration, check processing automation and computer telephony integration to name a few.

He currently oversees the Technology Center of Excellence for Fiserv India, engaged in various practices such as Enterprise Architecture & Technology, Usability and Process engineering.

Randhir Sinha has been with L&T Infotech for about 3 yrs now and currently Head the Strategy group at Insurance SBU. His previous experiences include roles of Account Manager at Orange (UK) and Head of Enterprise Asset Maintenance Management Practice at Tata Infotech Ltd (Bombay, India).

He has also served the Indian Navy as a Commissioned Officer where he initially worked on management of crucial warship technologies across power generation and weapons. Thereafter moved into IT and the last role was that of managing the MIS department at Naval Dockyard (Bombay, India).
