Grady is recognized internationally for his innovative work on software architecture, collaborative development environments, and software engineering. A renowned visionary, he has devoted his life's work to improving the art and science of software development. Grady served as Chief Scientist of Rational Software Corporation since its founding in 1981 and through its acquisition by IBM in 2003. He now is part of the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center, serving as Chief Scientist for Software Engineering. Manoj Shrivastava is Vice President - Group IT & Technology at Reliance ADA Group. David is a member of SAP's Standards Strategy and Management team, which is part of the Global Ecosystem and Partner Group. He focuses on standards for the financial services sector and for model-driven systems.

David has 30 years of experience as a programmer, architect, and technical strategist. He is recognized as a pioneer and international authority on the subject of model-driven systems.

He has published dozens of trade press articles and is sole author of the book Model-Driven Architecture®: Applying MDA® to Enterprise Computing, published by John Wiley & Sons. He also is lead editor of the book The MDA Journal: Model Driven Architecture Straight from the Masters.

Chidambaran Kollengode (Chid) is a Systems Professional with over twenty years of progressively responsible experiences, with the last eight years in senior leadership roles. He is currently working as Director Cloud Computing at Yahoo! India R&D, exploring the boundaries of distributed computing for very large volume data processing with high availability. Prior Yahoo!, he worked with Amazon in building a highly scalable distributed architecture for processing huge amounts of search and advertisement (Internet) data.

A. Suryanarayanan (Surya) has over 28 years of professional experience, both as a corporate executive and entrepreneur. After spending the initial years in the finance function at Union Carbide and Nicholas laboratories, he joined a family run pharma start up company, Recon and served as its Group Finance Director. His stint as a serial entrepreneur started in 2000 and since then he has successfully founded, funded and exited healthcare ventures including MedyBiz, a disease management company and LifeKen, an organized pharmacy retail chain.

Short stint in Bangalore had triggered me to return to India.  Returned in 2003, managed GLOBE at Nestle India, followed by CIO stint at Whirlpool. GLOBE, I'd say, is unquestionably the most prestigious business technology roll-out among the Fortune 100 companies. While GLOBE at Nestle is more inside-looking, the Customer Service B2B / B2C rollout at Whirlpool was a great outward-looking business IT initiative. 

Was mentored by a healthcare expert, got excited about linkages between healthcare, technology & innovation...moved to Fortis as CIO. After a versatile stint, I decided to have a broader agenda in healthcare. While continuing as CIO to select healthcare groups, I have now ventured into healthcare consulting and specialty software firm.
