Sam Uppaluri is a Technology Manager with Wells Fargo India Solutions (WFIS). A 20-year financial services veteran, Sam began his career as a developer at Norwest Bank in Minneapolis. From 1992 - 1994, he was the Development Manager for the Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore offices, based in Hong Kong. During his tenure in Hong Kong, he played a key role in architecting & implementing an auto invoice/PO reconciliation/payment system (the EDI-Paymaster product). In 1995,Sam joined Cargill Inc. and managed their Financial Markets Group'sreporting systems. These reporting systems provided mission critical information for Cargill's Minneapolis, London and Singapore offices.

In 1999, he joined Wells Fargo Bank as the International Systems Technology Manager managing the Foreign Exchange (FX) Web Development team. The FX Web team created Foreign Exchange Online (FXOL) which was one of the first products on Wells Fargo's Wholesale customers' portal. He has overseen the maturity of this product through various architectural changes including implementing SOA with home grown web services to using more industry standards as they became the norm

.During the period 2006/2007, Sam managed a development team of Java, .NET, and main frame developers. This team created another very successful product called the Global Remittance System used for processing small denominated payments to selective countries. This platform was architected with various tools & adapters. It included, Web Services, MQ, BizTalk, NDM and SWIFT adapters.

Sam transitioned to WFIS from the parent Wells Fargo & Co in July 2007 to manage the Wholesale Technology group here in Hyderabad. At WFIS, he is managing the Wholesale technical teams which include development, database support, and quality assurance. Mr. Uppaluri has an undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin in Accounting and an MBA with an emphasis in Information Systems.

Manoj Shrivastava is Vice President - Group IT & Technology at Reliance ADA Group. He heads the Architecture Review Board which works for the strategic and tactical adaptability of IT Architecture to the business goals and vision of the ADA Group - the fastest growing conglomerate of businesses in Telecom, Financial Services, Utilities, Infrastructure, Entertainment and Healthcare.

Mr. Rajesh Ramachandran, Director; Fusion Middleware R&D is part of Server Technologies division of Oracle Corporation. He is responsible for innovating and building key products of Oracle Fusion Middleware Enterprise products family. He carries 16+ years of rich software research
and development experience in the areas of enterprise computing, middleware, development tools, networking, industrial automation and real time systems. Prior to Oracle, Rajesh has worked in Siemens AG, Future Software and Lakshmi-Barmag AG.

Rajesh holds a Bachleor of engineering degree in Electronics, Master of Computer science degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago and a management degree from ICFAI.

Ramesh Loganathan is the MD (and Vice President- Products), Progress Software India, responsible for leading product development at the India Development center, organized in a Centers of Excellence model. Ramesh is responsible for providing strategic guidance to all the product teams, scale the product operations, with specific focus on cross-product considerations for the Development and Management tools in the SOA and Data integration space.

Ramesh hold a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering (Control Systems) from Anna university, Guindy, India. Has over 18 years Systems engineering and R&D leadership experience in product development. Prior to Progress, Ramesh was Vice President of Middleware Technologies at Pramati. Since 2000 Ramesh was heading Product Engineering at Pramati, then helped setup the team (for Progress Software) that built the Sonic Workbench on Eclipse.

An accomplished Technologist and evangelist regularly speaking at workshops and seminars in India. Has been active in Tech fora, JCP and SPEC organizations. With his rich experience in the area of software engineering tools and knowledge of customer needs in software development, his role was to setup the Indian Sales and Marketing Organization and achieve the country's sales targets. Sidharth has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and hi-tech sales in various companies like Rational Software, Tata Elxsi and Global Information Systems.

Over the last 7 years, Sidharth has helped set a world-class Sales & Services organization catering to customer needs in India. The Indian sales operation has grown in leaps and bounds and plans to grow further in the near future. Apart from sales and marketing, Telelogic has worldwide support center with 100 people providing after sales support to customer worldwide out of Bangalore. To help fuel the next stage of growth and profitability for Telelogic India, Sidharth assumed the role of Managing Director of Telelogic India in July 2003.

Srihari Boregowda- Director & CTO of Bangalore based Canarys Automations Ltd., has experience spanning over sixteen years in the industry. At Canarys he heads the business unit for "Products", where he has successfully developed "SCORPUS", an Enterprise Software Asset Management System based on OMG's RAS (reusable asset specification). Scorpus is one of the innovative products from India and has been listed by NASSCOM in their "100 IT innovators" He is the driving force behind Canarys intellectual Property and creating Infrastructure such as Reference models, Frameworks and Processes. Notable works are "Fountain-Lake Model" for Component based development, for software, "Canarys -Model Driven testing" for assuring experience quality in enterprise software.
