He has spent more than 20 years in consulting companies and software houses, shaping, advising and delivering – “big ticket”
change programmes. With experience of more than 500 companies in 50 countries from advising enterprise boards to training the
practitioner to the practicalities of expediting and de-risking programme delivery, Charles is well placed to drive advanced
concepts in business and process transformation. As a Certified Process Professional Master, he is also a mentor and coach
managing performance transformation initiatives on behalf of the group and advising partners on how to apply Outside-In Enterprise
BPM in real life situations.
He is a regularly requested speaker at conferences and exchange summits and has had a number of papers in advanced performance
change published. Also a speaker and participated on ‘panel of experts’ at conferences and published subject matter papers.
