Dr. Thomas Mowbray (Co-founder & Chairman) is currently
on an engagement for District of Columbia government,
as their Citywide Enterprise Architect. In this role,
he has led the creation of the new Citywide IT Strategic
Plan, the standards implementation guide, and the first-ever
Citywide Enterprise Architecture.
Dr. Mowbray is a Certified
Federal Enterprise Architect (by the FEAC Institute)
with experience on over 70 IT projects using diverse
technologies: J2EE, ERP, CRM, telephony, DW/DSS, EAI,
and web services.
He has been chief architect on projects
for District of Columbia, United States Marine Corps,
State of Maryland, and United States Air Force while
consulting for Keane.
