Mark is Former Director and Chief Coach at the Business Process Management Group (BPMG), Mark, as an industry veteran, previously held executive positions with several of the leading vendors in the Architecture and Modeling markets including; Popkin Software, MEGA International, Adaptive Ltd and Proforma Ltd. Mark has more than 28 year’s sales, marketing, coaching and management experience in the IT industry. He has been described variously as a “Thought Leader” by former colleagues at the BPMG, a “BPM Guru” by industry analysts GartnerGroup and as a “Master of Mindset” by IQPC (South Africa) and is considered as a leading authority on the subject of Business and Process Modeling.

As an international speaker, coach and consultant he has personally worked in more than 25 countries around the globe, with many leading organizations.

Mark has been involved in many book projects and has authored “Winning with Enterprise Process Management”, co-authored “In Search of BPM Excellence” and “Thrive! How to Succeed in the Age of the Customer” and contributed to “Extreme Competition” and “The Real Time Enterprise” by Peter Fingar and “Business Process Change” by Paul Harmon.

Away from architecture and modeling Mark has keen interests in The Psychology of Learning, Creative Thinking and Indian Philosophy. When he has the chance he also likes to work with individuals and small groups to help them expand their capacity for personal growth and happiness.
