MOHH’s National Electronic Health Record Architecture (NEHRA) initiative began in 2008 with the 1 version completed in April 2009 and the NEHRA has evolved continuously since then. As national coordinator of the Health IT, the scope of MOHH’s Enterprise Architecture spans the entire Singaporean healthcare sector. Key benefits of the NEHR is improved quality of patient care; better health/improved care through reduced errors, duplication of test and medication reconciliations and many more. |
